When you eat, appreciate your last bite.

"This is your life. Do what you love and do it often.
If you don't like something, change it.
If you don't like your job, quit.
If you don't have enough time, stop watching TV.
If you are looking for the love of your life, stop.
They Will be waiting for you when you start doing things you love.
Stop over-analysing, all emotions are beautiful.
When you eat, appreciate your last bite.
Open your mind, arms, and heart to new things and people.
We are united in our differences.
Ask the next person you see what their passion is and share your inspiring dream with them
Travel often, getting lost will help you find yourself
Some opportunities only come once, seize them.
The things you create with them so go out and start creating.
Life is short.
Live your dream and share your passion."

A passage seen at Roast Cafe in Bangkok that I just had to take a picture of which struck a chord with me.

It has been a hard month dealing with two losses in the family for the last month and I guess, only time can numb emotions which could never be healed freely. We will always remember these warriors that have battled courageously, loved hard and led a meaningful life. New Years will never be the same but they will be in our hearts forever.

Appreciate your last bite, live your dreams and open up to people, instead of forming biased judgements. It's easy to rattle on but it takes a certain awareness to keep a clear mind to love freely and not to get sucked into the negativity and pointless gossips.

Back to BKK which was one of the most wonderful trips ever despite the short stay of five days. And I guess the precious memories with the buddies of 11 years were far more precious than any shopping & shoes. Midnight massages, pillow fights, gym sessions, endless eating, private jokes, shoe craze & more. Now, I can't wait for our next trip together! :>
